Cancellations and refunds /
All cancellations of ERF2016 registrations, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the ERF2016 Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 1 March 2016 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after ERF2016. Cancellations received after 1 March 2016 will not be refunded.
